By downloading, accessing, or using the Copernix mobile app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

In no event shall Copernix, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or any content therein. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if Copernix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using the Copernix mobile app, you expressly acknowledge that you accept this disclaimer and agree that you will not hold Copernix liable for any issues arising from your use of the app.

In the event of an emergency, Copernix may be required to share your personal information with appropriate authorities for Search and Rescue (SAR) purposes. By using the app, you consent to such disclosure when necessary.

Copernix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

When your hotspot is enabled, every internet request that your device makes will use the cellular data : if you are streaming , gaming, or engage in any other activity that could use the internet while you have access to wifi, it would be a good practice to temporary turn off your hotspot while doing so.
Copernix is not responsible for any charges, fees, or expenses incurred on your account, including but not limited to data usage, mobile carrier fees, or any third-party service costs, as a result of using the Copernix app. By using the Copernix app, you acknowledge and agree that any costs associated with the app’s usage are solely your responsibility. Copernix will not be liable for any financial impact, including overage charges, incurred through your use of the app on your device.

At Copernix, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to opt out of any data collection or request the deletion of your information, please send an email to info@copernix.ca.
